Hi, Those who know my dad, Guillermo Moreno know he is such a kind-hearted, supportive, and sweet human being. If he had the last $5 in his pocket and knows you need it, without a single hesitation he will give it to you! I have been told by everyone who has met him how great of a person he is. He will drop anything/everything to help you if you ask. He is the humblest person I ever met... I am blessed to be his daughter.
On July 15 what most immigrant families fear became our reality. My dad was on his way to work when he was pulled over and detained by ICE. We called facilities in search for him, we were told he was still being processed therefore we could not speak or visit him only to receive a call from him a few hours later saying he was already in Mexico. Those 48hrs were one of the hardest moments for our family and it still has been adapting without having him present. We are not giving up and are now going to put all our efforts to bring him back home with us. Unfortunately, we know that it will take a huge toll on all of us to get all this money together with lawyers fees and paperwork, while working twice harder to keep paying our bills.
We are asking for your help to be able to get started. We are so grateful and super appreciative of EVERYONE who wants to help my dad and our family. I like to say thank you anything helps and those who can't, a prayer or simple good thought will be so appreciated.
Thank you so much!! May God multiply your blessings, money, health and love for your kindness and help.
