Alan and Kelly Montgomery are a beautiful couple who welcomed their first child Charlise into the world 6 months ago. Both Al and Kel are long serving, much loved and valued members of the Dulux team. Their beautiful daughter Charlise is just 6 months old and has just had major heart surgery. It’s such a scary and heartbreaking time for this young family and we need to band together to support them so they can give Charlise the best care possible for the rest of her life.
