Help the Milam Family Recover After Car Accident

Hello everyone, my name is Morrigan Milam and I am a mother to two amazing boys with a wonderful husband..

We unfortunately had our lives hit a hard spot after a very serious crash involving a semi on the highway. My rear driver tire blew and sent us across 3 lanes of traffic. The semi truck clipped our back passenger wheel and sent us spinning into the ditch.

My husband needed extensive scans and tests to ensure everything was fine. He ended up having deep bruising and needed a sling for his shoulder. My 11 month old son checked out perfectly aside from a bruise on the side of his head. Remy and I are fine aside from myself having some bruising and soreness. Everyone is thankfully getting along okay however, we have an issue with work due to my late pregnancy and my husband already being on unemployment due to a torn meniscus surgery he had a few months prior.

Further Explanation: I am currently 30 weeks pregnant with our second baby. Which means I haven’t been able to work much at all as of late. My husband recently had a torn meniscus that required surgery which put him out of work almost indefinitely for the time being which means we have lost a lot. Unemployment is taking forever to help us which is heartbreaking.

What I’m asking for is cushion for us to survive a few months while he heals and while I heal as well. 5k would help keep my little family afloat until we can get the help we need.
