2 years ago, our family lost Alexandria Smith, beloved daughter, sister, and mother of 3. A GoFundMe was started then, and thanks to the community, we were able to lay our Alexandria to rest.

For that, we are so thankful. But the Martin Family needs you again.

Alex left behind 3 daughters (age 4, 7, and 9) who are now in our care. Alex's mother is disabled. While her son Nathaniel makes an income taking care of her, it is not enough. Without Alex's income, we are unable to maintain affordable housing and are losing our home. The future for our family is uncertain.

We are in dire need, and anything helps.

It is important to us that we are transparent about what your donations will contribute to. Here's how your donations will help us not only stay afloat, but get back on our feet entirely.

ALL donations will go directly to Nathaniel, his mother Tamaralyn, and our 3 girls to support the entire family; this will be used to cover essentials such as food, clothing, motel costs, storage, transportation, future moving expenses, and future living expenses.

(For full transparency, this fundraiser was started a year ago in an attempt to keep our housing. Our needs have changed drastically and this fundraiser has been updated (9.3.2025) to reflect that.)
