As we finish out the season of Thanksgiving, The Legg family is counting their blessings. Early November, Ron had to have to surgery to repair a torn bicep tendon. Two weeks later, the unimaginable happened. On the evening of Friday November 22, Tiffany, Trey, Trey's girlfriend, Morgan and Trey's friend, Jett, were involved in a multi-vehicle accident.
Trey and Jet suffered minor injuries, we are thankful for seat belts and front airbags. Morgan and Tiffany thankfully had their seatbelts on in the back seat but still suffered life threatening injuries from the collision.
Trey and Jet were treated and released from the hospital the following morning. Morgan was treated and released after a few days and is now home recovering. Tiffany suffered life-threatening injuries requiring three surgeries to date. Her road to recovery will be long but there are notable improvements each day. God is so good!
While Ron is on his own medical leave for his arm, he will need to extend his leave to take care of Tiffany. Ron's paid time off is unknown for the long term. Tiffany is self employed, she will be out of commission for an unknown amount of time.
The entire Legg family is so appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from our community. There is a scheduled care plan meeting Monday to determine the next phase of Tiffany's care.
Above all, we seek your prayers for peace and healing for all involved. We praise God for watching over and saving these four that night. If you feel led to give, our goal is to help relieve some of their financial burden that will occur during her extensive recovery.
