Hello all! My name is Kenzie! I’m starting this go fund me for some really dear friends of mine! The Lawrence Family.
Just in the month of December, their daughter Hadlee has been hospitalized three seperate times. She had a G tube placed due to not being able to take in a lot fluids, because she needs thickened liquids. They were able to go home after a few days, but nothing was normal after that.
The G tube then became infected and came out. They were rushed to the nearest hospital and then transferred to children’s for emergency surgery to have the G tube placed again. After surgery they started antibiotics for the infection. After a few days they were able to go home.
The night they arrived at home they were putting things away, and Hadlee found a Lego and swallowed it. They then had to go to the nearest emergency room and were transferred to children’s again.
The Lego had been digested but they noticed her infection was getting worse. So they decided to admit her again.
Max and Devyn have three other children that they have had to be away from during all of this. Times are tough and nothing is cheap anymore. Max is the only one working and has had to take off so much work just to be there for miss Hadlee.
The costs are adding up quickly. Gas, food, coffee just to get them by. Not including every day bills that they are also having to keep up on.
Hadlee is almost three years old and her life has been anything from normal. Max and Devyn took her in at only a few days old and then adopted her shortly before she turned one. They have had a tough ride with this sweet girl, but I know they wouldn’t trade any of it for the world.
Im asking for love and support the way that they have showed me, our family and so many others that have been in similar situations. Anything helps a share, a small donation, a prayer literally anything.
We have not the slightest idea of when Hadlee will be discharged but we pray that the infection starts to go away within the next day or two so that they are able to go back to be a family again. If you’ve read this far, thank you. Please consider helping the Lawrence family in their desperate time of need.
