This morning, Kevin, Sue, and Jake Lambert lost their entire house and all of their belongings to a devastating house fire. Jake, who serves as a firefighter, has always been someone who puts others first, and Kevin has been courageously fighting cancer for several years, enduring rounds of chemotherapy. Sue, his wife, has taken time off work to make sure Kevin gets to every appointment and has the support he needs. On top of these challenges, the family is still grieving the loss of their other son and brother to cancer just a few years ago.

Despite everything they’ve faced, the Lamberts have never let hardship stop them from moving forward. They are the kind of people who are always there for others, offering help and kindness without ever asking for anything in return.
