Dear friends, we, the Seattle Kronenwetters, are leaving the great state of Washington and are headed back to our ancestral home (Pennsylvania, not Germany). We have loved our time in Seattle, and will carry the city with us forever, but the cost of living has gotten too high for us to survive, let alone thrive. Pittsburgh has a lower cost of living, with the added bonus of family, who have helped us with most of the moving costs. We've also received welcomed help from St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Seattle. But we're still short. The only income we will have for four weeks will be Andrew's Social Security check, as Lisa and Tabitha are done with their Seattle jobs and won't be starting their new jobs in Pittsburgh until the beginning of September. So we're reaching out to you, our dear friends, to see if you can help us out. Even a little bit will help.
