Meet Shawn and Mary Knight, their two grandchildren, and their son Christian. Imagine this: taking your granddaughters to church like most Sundays, and a car is in the middle of the road. Shawn swerved and hit a tree, not harming his granddaughters; however, his leg suffered much damage. Shawn has undergone over 21 surgeries since May 28th, 2023, and he has 1-3 more surgeries yet to have. On May 28th, Shawn's whole life changed.

Unable to work at his trade, having to be in a wheelchair and crutches, the place they rent has steep steps and makes for a hard day. Going up and down on your butt, Mary trying to help Shawn before her surgery fell, injuring her eye and foot. Mary, Shawn's wife, is just now coming home from a cancer surgery and needs home health care. The hospital and rehab place sent her home with no help, and Shawn is still in a wheelchair and crutches. They need in-home care.

They need a proper home all on one floor: four bedrooms, two baths, rent-to-own, mobile home with a lot in the Midlothian area. Help with money down, closing costs, wages for a good home health nurse. Mary came home handicapped and will not be able to work. Also, their car has a blown engine. We have purchased a used engine; they need someone to install it. Anything will help. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
