Help the King Family Get Out of Texas

Our family consists of two trans women, one cisgendered queer woman, one NB teen, and one gender-nonconforming kid. For a while now people used to ask us if we were leaving Texas due to the make-up of our family. Our response was always, "No, we feel safe enough to stay and fight." However, due to recent events, we no longer feel safe staying here. We plan to move to New England this summer.

Moving is never fun and is always expensive. Moving five people across the country will be even more so, especially as our house needs some work so we can sell it. We know that times are tough for everyone, but anything you can give will be helpful.
