I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for urgent help. My name is Hoda Sultan Alyan Sheikh Khalil, and I am writing on behalf of my family, including my husband, Hani Mahmoud Abdel Rahman Sheikh Khalil, and our six children. We are currently trapped in the war-torn Gaza Strip, facing immense danger and hardship every day.

The conflict in Gaza has taken everything from us. Our home was destroyed in the initial days of the war, leaving us homeless and displaced. We have been forced to move from one temporary shelter to another, with no place offering safety or stability. The situation in Gaza has become increasingly dire, with no end in sight to the violence and destruction.

I used to work as a software engineer, but my job came to a halt due to the war. We have exhausted all our savings on basic necessities like food and shelter. My father had worked tirelessly his whole life to build our home, and now it's reduced to rubble, along with all our belongings and memories.

Our family of eight is struggling to survive in these harsh conditions. We fear for our lives every moment, and we know that staying in Gaza is not an option if we want to ensure our safety and rebuild our shattered lives.

We urgently need to leave Gaza for our safety and well-being. The funds raised will be used for transportation, documentation, and other expenses related to crossing the Egyptian border. We estimate needing $5,000 USD per family member, totaling $40,000 USD for our entire family.
