How quickly things can change... for any of us.

The photo above is from the Jones family (Shawn, Pammy, Aedyn, and Leyla) when they joined our Acton community a couple of years ago.

Today, the Jones are in NY where Shawn is getting treatment for both leukemia/lymphoma and may also require a bone marrow transplant. In addition to all the added medical expenses, their family business and income was interrupted as they sought answers to this ordeal.

If there is one thing our Acton community of founding families can stand for, that is being there to support and grow with one another.

Please help by pitching in - any amount makes a difference. While we might not be able to fund Shawn's full treatment, there are many smaller needs that we can help with while the family keeps their attention on what matters most.

*Funds will be collected by the school via this GoFundMe page and passed directly to the Jones family. As transparency is one of our core values, all updates about this campaign will be shared publicly in Band so you will know your money went directly to the family.

**I will add that the school has spun up a small school-based scholarship fund to also help defray a portion of tuition to help the Jones family.
