Help the Jiang Family recover from tragic fire.

Hello, my name is Kemoni Dean and I'm starting a GoFundMe for the Jiang Family who owns the Hong Kong Chinese restaurant here in Midland, PA. I have known this family since I was a little girl and I believe the town of Midland should help give back to their family.

The family-owned restaurant was tragically destroyed in a fire that broke out in the middle of the night on July 29, 2025. The flames took not only just the restaurant but the family's home, leaving them with nothing. Hong Kong has been a part of our community as long as many of us can remember.

The Jiang family has always served Midland not just with their food but with their hearts. Their family has lost so much including their business, their space, and so much of what they worked for. But with your help, we can show them that they are not alone, that their town stands behind them, and that we remember how much they have given us and we're ready to return the love.

I have set a goal for the Jiang family of $20,000 to help start something new for the family, to give them a new beginning. All funds will go directly to the Jiang Family. Anything helps.
