My name is Robert Baham, I am starting this GoFundMe for my sister and her family. (The Hood family) First, let me thank everyone who has reached out and/or prayed for myself, my family, and Florida. The good news is my family and friends are all safe! We are blessed to have gotten through this, but unfortunately, Mother Nature always wins.

My sister and her family, like others, lost everything in Hurricane Milton. They live in Tampa, FL, in the University area neighborhood along Fowler Ave. This area flooded horribly with water levels up to 4-5ft. They are on the 1st floor of their apartment building. They lost everything: furniture, clothing, shoes, all of my nephew’s baseball gear for his senior season, his vehicle which he uses to get back and forth to school/games, and most of all, their home. My nephew is a senior on the baseball team at Wharton High School, prepping to graduate in the spring of 2025.

My sister and her husband are hardworking people, and their mindset is to try and do it all over again with no help. This is a lot for anyone, so I am asking for help for them in any form: donations, prayer, or just simply sharing. Donations will go towards clothing, essentials, food, furniture, and new apartment fees and costs. Thank you very much for your help and support. We appreciate everything. God bless.
