The friends of Blakeney, are raising funds for Kath a long-standing team member, has received the life limiting diagnosis of Motor Neuron Disease.

Kath has worked as a Personal Care Assistant and Cook, caring for our most vulnerable aged persons and we would like to support Kath, Ron and Brindie (9).

The aim is to raise funds to help them make the trip to Kath’s homeland The Philippines; to see her family she has not seen in person for 10 years, while she is still able to travel.

We are also hoping to make some long-lasting memories for them to hold close.

If Kath is not well enough to travel, we would like to help make their journey through this terrible disease as comfortable as possible and help relieve the financial stress.
