Help the Hardwicks adopt their embryos!
Donation protected
Hello, our names are Sara and Andrew Hardwick.
One of our biggest dreams in life is to become parents. The journey to parenthood has proven to be more difficult than expected. After a few years of trying things on our own, we decided to seek medical advice. Upon further testing, it was determined that Andrew has a condition called Klinefelter Syndrome. I will provide a little more information about the condition below. With this diagnosis it would make it nearly impossible for us to conceive children of our own naturally. Our doctor presented us with the options available for us. After much prayer and seeking wise council, we decided to go with the option of embryo adoption.
Klinefelter Syndrome is a genetic condition in which a male is born with an extra copy of the X chromosome. It is often not diagnosed until adulthood. It is also known to cause male infertility where the body produces little to no sperm. There is currently no medical cure for Klinefelter Syndrome. We will be happy to answer any questions that you have about Klinefelter Syndrome.
When we were presented with the option of embryo adoption, we knew almost instantly that this was the route we wanted to take and the right decision to make. Embryo adoption is when an adoptive couple receives a donor couple’s remaining embryos after the couple has completed IVF treatments and decided that their family is whole. There are organizations that offer this globally, but we are adopting from the donor bank at our local fertility clinic.
We are excited about growing our family. We would like for others to partner with us and be part of our story. We can’t wait to tell stories to our little one about those who helped this dream become a reality. If you would like to partner with us and become part of our story, I will provide options below for donations
CashApp: $HardwickSara (Sara)
$AtomicM1 (Andrew)
Venmo: @Sara-Hardwick-6 (Sara)
And of course GoFundMe!
We are setting our goal at $15,000.00. This will help cover the cost of the implantation, medicines, and medical bills.
