Help the Gower Family Reunite with Thea

I want to start off by saying, asking for help is a VERY hard thing for us to do!

My name is Tiffany Gower. My husband, Joshua Gower, and I are in desperate need to raise unexpected funds to go see his daughter, Thea, in NY, which is about 15 hours away.

Last month, we went to see her, and her mother caused a whole situation, refusing to let us and our other 5 children take a family picture with Thea. She snatched the shirt from Thea and threw it at Josh, hitting him and our oldest in the face with it. She has since refused to allow us to have Thea for the 4 weeks of summer parenting time in the parenting plan. She has made false statements that have now made it to where we need to make another trip to NY in the next few weeks for UNSUPERVISED parenting time, ordered by the judge. However, since we just made that very expensive trip and with school coming up for our other children, we do not have the funds for a rental car, Airbnb, gas, and food for all of us. The judge would like all of our children to go as well, so she will be used to everyone in person when she comes to Tennessee.

Parental alienation has been an ongoing battle for several years.

Any help would be so appreciated, as we also have attorney fees to battle this and a much-needed parenting plan modification. If you are unable to donate, please keep us in your prayers.

gofundme had only put up a portion of the goal. I wanted to make the whole goal posted so that the financial need is transparent and not seemingly increasing. The $4000 is what we will need to cover the rental to fit our family including Thea when we get there, as well as gas and food and a room. This is the expense we don’t have on top of the attorney and school starting and regular bills. Again we can’t express enough gratitude for any and all help!
