Help the Gilliland Family Rebuild After Fire

My name is Morgan, a good friend of Jake. This family is near and dear to me. The Gilliland family experienced a house fire on January 15 in Groveoak Alabama. Kelly, Jake's father, was at work. Mara, Jake's mother, was at home asleep with their dog, Aspen, when she woke up to the smell of smoke. The fire started in the kitchen and Mara did her best to try and put out the fire but fell and injured herself. Thankfully, a family member nearby noticed smoke coming from the home and rescued Mara and their dog Aspen and was able to get her to a nearby hospital. The family is safe but the home is not. They are declaring the home a total loss. This is devastating to any family and obviously a huge hardship financially as well. This go fund me is to help fund clothes, food and housing as they navigate through this tragedy and build back their home, their safe place.
