Our friends and much loved members of our community, Ivan and Sam and their daughter, Luna, are moving out of the country! We're all so sad to see them leave, but immigration to the US is extremely difficult and even though they've built their lives here for over 15 years, its no longer sustainable to stay without permanent residency and attaining good visas has no end in sight. So they're relocating!

Moving across the street is hard enough, the cost is astronomical to do much of anything these days, but moving to a different country as a family with pets, beloved home items, etc... that's stressful and crazy. So we're starting this Gofundme to help send them on their way with love. Let's get them as much $$$ as we possibly can so once they arrive in their new home they can relax and climatize rather than have to hurry and find employment. My hope for them is that we give them at least 3 months worth of living expenses, meaning at least $10k. Let's be generous, cause you all know what I mean when I say the Garcias have loved us well. They've been friends to so many in so many real and tangible ways. Let's help them make this move an adventure instead of a stressful experience!
