Help the family of Raniel Tagaytayan

 

 

 

 

My name is Cecilia Reyes, and I am a longtime friend of Raniel Tagaytayan. For those of you who do not know Raniel, he started his career as an operating nurse at Johns Hopkins in 2006 working in neurosurgery, neuro ortho-spine, and otology. Over the years he escalated his career into his current position of Director of Clinical Quality at Johns Hopkins International. I watched Raniel grow in his career from a humble operating room nurse to the Director of Clinical Quality. I remember orienting him back in 2006, and I am proud of his accomplishments.

 

Raniel is a devoted husband to Jorin Tagaytayan and loving father to Rameses (9 years old) and Naila (6 years old). Together they are a picture of a beautiful family dearly loved by many.

 

 

 

 

Raniel has been fighting pancreatic cancer since December 2020. He has bravely fought long and hard for two years, but unfortunately, he has reached a point in which no curative treatment options are left. As of writing this, Raniel is in hospice and comfort care.

 

This GoFundMe was made to help Raniel’s family. The donations will support the Tagaytayan Family and help establish a college fund for Rameses and Naila.
