Help the Enns Financially

Hey guys, Alicia here ❤️ Ever since David’s arrival 3 weeks ago our lives have been so incredibly blessed! We see the goodness of the Lord in every area of this situation- like David’s strong little body getting better everyday, the incredibly kind hospital and staff taking care of us, and family and friends surrounding us with their love and support!! We could not be more grateful!

With all of this sadly comes some costs that we simply were not prepared for. Our insurance is paying for a lot of stuff (which we are so grateful for!!) but the day to day things are coming from our own pocket (train tickets, parking, gas, food).

The weeks leading up to David’s birth Jonathan and I sat down and looked at our finances. Pretty much every month we were barely making it. He told me he would try to get a second job and I remember just breaking down crying. Jonathan works so hard and the idea of seeing him even less just broke my heart. We had no idea our baby boy was about to enter our lives and we certainly were not prepared! (All we have are clothes for David that’s it )

There are a few things we still need for when David comes home in a couple of months-

Stroller
Changing table
Diaper bag

Etc…

If you know me, you know I literally hate asking for money and it’s the most cringe thing in the world for me. I’ve been debating for the last weeks whether or not to make a fundraiser because I know there are people who need things much more than we do. But instead of being prideful and trying to do everything on my own I am making the step and being vulnerable and asking for help (I am really proud of myself because that’s huuuuge for me )

We love you all so much and would be so incredibly blessed if you are able to help us out during this time!! But most of all we value your prayers above everything (not just saying that to sound nice, I really mean it!) Jesus is taking care of everything and at the end of the day that gives me the most peace.

P.S. other ways to help out besides donating

-Praying for us
-Meal prepping for Jonathan and I (my mother in law is doing a fantastic job at this rn but I would like to give her a break every once in a while lol!)
-Donating baby stuff that you don’t need anymore
