Help the Drew Family Recover After the Eaton Fires
Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,
My name is Alyson, and I’m from Altadena, California. Thankfully, my home was spared in the recent Eaton Fires, but I’m reaching out to support close family friends, the Drew family, who lost everything in this devastating wildfire.
I’m reaching out on behalf of the Drew family, who recently endured an unimaginable loss in the Eaton Fires, part of the devastating Los Angeles County wildfires. Their home of over 50 years in Altadena was completely destroyed, taking with it a lifetime of memories, cherished belongings, and the place they called home for decades.
Adding to this heartbreak, their beloved cat, Willow, is still missing. Willow has been a treasured part of their family, and the Drews are holding onto hope as they continue their search for her.
This home wasn’t just a house—it was the heart of the Drew family’s life, a space filled with love, laughter, and community. Now, they face the daunting challenge of recovering their lives and their sense of stability.
How You Can Help:
We’re setting a goal to raise $30,000 to support the Drew family during this incredibly difficult time. These funds will help with:
- Unexpected costs that might not be covered by other sources of aid
- Resources to aid in the search for Willow
Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference in helping the Drews begin to heal and move forward. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this campaign with your network can also make a tremendous impact.
The Drew family has always been a pillar of kindness and generosity in their community. Now, it’s our turn to show them the same love and support as they navigate this heartbreaking chapter.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your compassion and generosity. Together, we can help the Drews restore hope for the future.
With gratitude,
Alyson <3
