The Collets Are Adopting- Let’s Help!

Pat and Annie are adopting! Will you help support them? 

Pat and Annie are both teachers, so you might assume they are patient, kind, and total kid-magnets...and you’d be right! On top of that they’re fun-loving, talented, thoughtful, and ready for their newest adventure: parenthood! 
After experiencing heartbreaking losses, with lots of prayer they have decided to grow their family through adoption, and we’re so excited to help them in this way. Adoption is expensive ($45,000-$50,000), so we're asking for your help as well. The funds raised will go toward legal fees, medical bills for the expectant mother and baby, and other expenses throughout the process. We also ask that you join us in praying for them during this process.

We are delighted to come alongside Annie and Pat on this journey.  As with any good story, theirs is a mix of joy and pain, happiness and sadness, and highs and lows. We believe this is just the beginning of a new and exciting chapter that God is writing for their family.

As many of you know, I am the luckiest teacher to team-teach and be friends with Annie. She loves deeply, unconditionally, and nurtures the whole child in every child. It has been truly inspiring to get to experience teaching primary children from such a magical and loving teacher.  I cannot wait to watch her with her own child, to sing to them, teach them French, and envelop them with love. Pat is a gentle and humorous man, and like Annie, is ready for their home to be filled with laughter, chaos, and wonder. Pat and Annie will be extraordinary parents. They are nurturing educators, whose love will bless a child with a loving home. Most importantly, they are ready to start a family and welcome a child into their home and will both love that child whole heartedly. I am honored to help Annie and Pat make their dreams of being parents come true.
