When Hurricane Melissa tore through Jamaica, my family’s home in Montego Bay was devastated. My grandmother’s house — where my cousins, aunt, and uncle currently live — suffered severe roof damage, flooding, and the loss of everything inside. What was once our family’s gathering place is now filled with debris and heartbreak.

The Coleman family has lived in this home for generations. It’s where we’ve shared meals, laughter, and memories — after hurricane Melissa they’re struggling to start over with nothing left. The roof was ripped apart by the storm, rainwater flooded every room, the fridge, cabinets, and all structural and essential items in the home were destroyed.

We’re raising $20,000 to help them rebuild from the ground up.
