This is Scott Cuddy. Patrick and Celine's family have been hit by Covid and they will have to be closed for the entire July 4th holiday, and the following week. While this will hurt their business and family financially, they will get by. Celine and Patrick are concerned for their employees, though. When they've had to close they always pay their employees something. With the pandemic and all the other difficulties affecting our economy, they are trying to make their employees whole for these 2 weeks.
