Help The Burks Rebuild their Life After Helene

Hi, my name is Shannon, and this is my brother and his beautiful family! They live in Black Mountain, which was in the direct path of Helene, and while thankfully they are physically okay, their house and their livelihood are not.

Four trees fell on their house and without electricity or access to a crane they haven't been able to protect their home from the elements. Not only has their home been damaged, but so has their livelihood. They are both self-employed in real estate, and as you can imagine, that is not a field that will be viable in the foreseeable future.

I know that they would appreciate your prayers for them and for everyone that has been affected by the storm, but they also could really use your financial support. All funds that are raised will be used to support them until life begins to return to normal, which at this point, could take years!
