The Families of the Bryant Road Community are raising money to cover the legal fees for law firm Devine Millimet to represent our neighborhood for those opposed to the planned 22-house condo development in the wetlands behind South Ridge Drive and Forest Hill Way.

We feel strongly this will be an uphill battle, therefore seeking legal representation is the only way to ensure the best possible outcome for our neighborhood.

Devine Millimet has been made aware of our situation, has done initial research, and has agreed to take our case.

But legal representation does not come cheap.

The support of the entire Bryant Road Community has been incredible. As a Community, we had around 40 neighbors show up to City Hall to voice their opposition to the Manchester Zoning Board - an amazing show of support! We are now pooling our resources to engage the hard-charging counsel at Devine Millimet to join us in the fight.

Please consider donating. The development as currently proposed will negatively affect the entire neighborhood, not just the direct abutters. This includes:

Years of heavy construction equipment going up and down and behind Bryant Road, S. Ridge Drive and Forest Hill Way - a tremendous safety concern for our children, walkers, runners, and riders
Significant increase in traffic - also a huge safety concern
Decrease in water pressure
Displacement of existing wildlife
Disturbance of wetlands, causing run-off and flooding concerns for our existing homes and surrounding conservation lands
