PRAISE GOD, PRAISE GOD, PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!!! Elijah is finally off the ventilator. He has a cannula and as of now is doing fantastic. MY God does miracles all day and I wasn’t expecting this until the next few weeks. God has got my boy!

Ok friends! So today we didn’t get the best news! The PDA in his heart that they have been trying to treat has not really gone down in size so that means surgery! They will go in through his side and clamp the artery closed. This will help hopefully get his pressures on the vent lower or even off! Surgery is scheduled for Monday morning at 845. Please keep us in your prayers as I’m a nervous wreck already!!
We need to keep The Brangan Family in our prayers and help them as much as possible during Elijah's journey. Thank you to everyone that has already donated. Update -
Now that Elijah will be at Scottish Rite Hospital in Sandy Springs John and Alania are going to need our support even more. As they have to travel about 45 minutes each way to the hospital and balance life with their 1 year old daughter and be there as much as possible for Elijah. Both parents have already missed a week of work and this is only the beginning of Elijah's journey. We all know how fast bills will start to pile up. . If you want to donate directly I will include Venmo information in the comments that will go directly to John and Alania. Also there is a Mealtrain if you would like to help with meals.

On 10/8 at 7:22 pm Elijah John David Brangan came into the world 1lb 6oz 11 inches long - He was born at only 23 weeks but came out screaming and breathing on his own!!!! He's got one heck of a fight in front of him but he is definitely a fighter! Please continue to pray for Elijah as he gets stronger and stronger. He is currently being cared for in the NICU. This GoFund me is to help cover medical expenses, bills, etc. and so that his parents John and Alania can be with Elijah at the hospital as much as possible without having to worry about finances. Please keep this precious boy and his family in your prayers as well thank you in advance for your contributions!
