We're reaching out with a heartfelt request to support Asher and Holden following the unexpected and tragic passing of their beloved father, Dr. David Robinson. We want to honor Dave’s memory by ensuring Asher and Holden have the financial support they need to heal, grow, and thrive, even in the face of this tremendous loss.

The boys will miss Dave deeply for the joy he brought to their lives. They are left with loving memories of sailing with him in Boston Harbor, building model rockets, and their vacations to California, Florida and Maine. Dave supported the boys in their individual interests, including fostering Asher’s love of NASCAR and go cart racing and Holden’s passion for video game tournaments and rock climbing.

Dave’s passing has left the boys facing the unimaginable challenge of moving forward without him and uncertainty in the face of significant financial needs. Dave would be heartbroken knowing the boys’ medical needs and academic future face uncertainty.

Dave’s passing leaves behind a significant gap in the resources needed to support Asher and Holden’s daily lives — from basic living expenses to their favorite activities.

Dave’s financial contribution was essential for the boys to begin orthodontic treatments and to support the significant expense associated with the recommended growth hormone regimen for Asher — a critical treatment not covered by insurance.

Dave was a proud graduate of Noble & Greenough School, Middlebury College, and USC-Keck School of Medicine. He deeply valued education and dreamed of giving the boys every opportunity to attend the colleges of their choice. Without an established college fund, that vision is now in jeopardy — but we hope to help keep this dream for his sons alive.

Any contribution to this fundraising effort is deeply appreciated and will help alleviate some of the financial strain, allowing the family to focus on healing and supporting the boys during this incredibly difficult time. Unfortunately, it appears Dave did not have life insurance to ease the burden of his loss.

While nothing can overcome the unimaginable pain of losing their father, we hope to come together to help provide Asher and Holden with every possible opportunity as they move forward.
