Our best friend, Mitch, and his family have lost everything in a tragic house fire that occurred on November 3rd in Glastonbury, CT. The fire spread quickly and left their home completely destroyed — taking with it a lifetime of memories, keepsakes, and everyday essentials.

Right now, the Blimmel family is staying in a hotel as they try to navigate what comes next. They are facing the unimaginable task of rebuilding their lives from scratch.

We are starting this fundraiser to help them get back on their feet. Every dollar will go directly toward immediate needs like food, clothing, toiletries, and temporary housing, as well as longer-term rebuilding costs once they’re ready to begin that process.
