This go fund me page has been made to help a beautiful local bay family who has gone through so much in the past 10 weeks with their gorgeous new addition to their family, Ari Bennett.
His first 8 weeks earthside,he was in nicu with a punctured lung and not being able to go home for nearly two weeks. This week they have now been told their perfect little boy is blind. But last night Ari took a turn for the worse and had to be rushed to Westmead Children Hospital in sydney via helicopter with a suspected infection.
Due to Ari’s condition, his beautiful parents Troy and Jamie have had to stop work to support and help their baby.
We want to help relieve the financial stress this family is facing as their focus shouldn't have to be financial in this tough time.
Ari is now fighting for his life, with his parents by his side. So please keep him in your prayers
PLEASE DONATE AND HELP TAKE THE FINANCIAL BURDEN OFF ARI'S PARENT'S THAT ARE UNABLE TO WORK SO THEY CAN STAY BY THERE BABYS SIDE
Updates on little Ari’s condition is as followed:
Ari is still on life support, still critical.
What we know now is.....
IF Ari survives, he will be blind, caused by Optic Nerve Hypoplasia, probably deaf & have no sense of smell caused by bacterial Meningitis, a degree of brain damage caused by both of these issues. He has an underdeveloped pituitary gland which causes a massive amount of issues, he has Diabetes Insipidus... his kidneys over produce urine, he cant control sugar or sodium levels & he still has 2 unknown masses on his brain. Plus several other issues.
Yet he's still alive & still fighting.
