Help the Arias Family During Treatment

Hello family and friends,

We are reaching out on behalf of the arias family. As some of you may know their son Christopher was taken to the hospital on 3/30/24 with complaints of headaches. After scans his parents learned he had a brain tumor and it needed to be removed quickly. On April 1st he had his first surgery to remove the whole tumor and just recently he had another surgery to remove remaining tissue. After the first surgery the tumor was sent to ucsf for pathology, the results came back showing he had stage 3 ependymoma. This is a fast growing cancer that lives within the cells of the brain and spine. He is in great spirits and is ready to fight this. in a few weeks they will be sent out to San Diego to begin radiation treatments and With the help of his amazing surgeons and oncologist they are hopeful with treatment he will get the all clear to do preventative scans after. They will be spending 6-8 weeks in San Diego, because of this we are asking for donations to help with any expenses they may have while out there and to also help with the care for their two daughters. Throughout this whole ordeal his family has been there for every scan and hospital stay, and because of this there will be a loss of income while they are there. To help lift some of the stress We are asking you for prayers for a positive outcome and any donation big or small is greatly appreciated.
