Help The Al-Atrash family Survive in Gaza

Hello,

My name is Ciara Cronin and I am a volunteer with the Irish Mothers Against Genocide activisism group and I am working closely with various others helping Palestine.

Update: 04.07.24 - The family just need money for water, food and tents now. The reality is that the situation is out of our control and all we can do now is help them survive this and to get out when the time is right. We are begging for help. They will need all the help they can get.

I am setting up this fundraiser to help some freinds of mine from the Al-atrash family who are stuck in in the Gaza strip.

The family has been utterly turmoiled over the past 6 months, losing dear friends and family members, being dispalced from their homes and now with an unknown invasion date set for Raffa. They lost their dear cousins: Samar and her Husband Dr. Louay, their daughter's Masa (2) and Lina (4). Samia's Relatives.

They are desperate to join Samia, Soha and the reast of their family in Egypt after they evacuated already. They now have a big task ahead of them to raise this money in a short space of time. So we are asking everyone for a huge push for help with this. I know there are many fundraisers out there and you can't afford to give to them all but I am pleading for you to help with this one. Samia was under incredible stress after the loss of her family and if she lost anymore of her family I would be very fearful for her future.

We need to evacuate 7 family members at $5,000 and 3 family members at $2,500.

The family members are: Issam, Helen, Yara, Ola, Saja, Eman, Adelrahman, Rama and Yazeed & Maryam.

This will come to $42,500 to evacuate everyone and then we are just asking for some support to love for a few months in Egypt of $17,500. Rent is expensive in Egypt and we will need at least two apartments, we will also try and pay for the family to continue their studies abroad and provide new jobs and schooling for the family also.

I will be sending the money to their families in Egypt from my bank and will oversee the spending on spreadsheets. All available on request.
