My name is Łukasz Krupski, and I am a Tesla whistleblower. I exposed serious safety and ethical concerns about the company, putting everything on the line to stand up for truth, law, and public safety. My disclosures have been covered by The New York Times, BBC, Handelsblatt, Der Spiegel, The Telegraph, CNBC, and Dagens Næringsliv, and have led to investigations into Tesla's practices.
The data I disclosed — later known as the Tesla Files — revealed 2,469 cases of sudden unintended acceleration documented in Tesla's own internal systems, 3,019 Autopilot-related accident and safety reports, and 90,930 Driver Assistance System repair orders for Model 3 alone (March 2019 – March 2022). These figures are now formally part of the Norwegian court record.
For speaking out, I have faced retaliation, lawsuits, threats of criminal charges, and a police raid on my home after Tesla secured an injunction against me without my knowledge. I have fought back — and won. Seven court decisions, all in my favour, at every level of the Norwegian judicial system. On 27 March 2026, Norway's Supreme Court unanimously dismissed Tesla's final appeal. The full compensation hearing begins 15 April 2026 at Borgarting lagmannsrett (Court of Appeals).
Right now, I am struggling to cover rent and basic bills while fighting against Tesla, Inc., Tesla Norway AS, and Tesla International B.V. These proceedings demand immense time, resources, and energy, leaving me financially unstable and deeply in debt.
I need your help to keep going. Your support will help me cover rent, bills, and essential living expenses, pay off mounting legal fees, and continue advocating for transparency, safety, and accountability.
If you believe in protecting whistleblowers, corporate accountability, and public safety, please consider donating or sharing this campaign.
Thank you for standing with me. Together, we can prove that truth matters, whistleblowers deserve protection, and no one is above accountability.
