Help Terryn Fight for her life!
Donation protected
My name is Sandy Biscotti, my daughter in law Terryn is in for the fight of her life. What started as a gallbladder removal surgery, the Doctor was forced to stop the surgery aftering finding she had severe cirrhosis of the liver. Although the Doctor's felt it was risky, they put in a corkscrew drain through the liver and into the gallbladder to allow it to drain. That procedure worked and is still holding, but after 3 days the pain in her back, down her legs and feet and gotten even worse, and she had lost the ability to walk she was once again rushed to the hospital to be told her kidneys were now failing and she was septic. After sucessfully restarting her kidney's and treating the sepsis, she was diagnosed with Gullian Barre Syndrome, a progressive paralysis autoimmune disorder that attacks nerves.
Terryn has since been transfered to a Hospital in Utah that is better equiped to handle her unique situation. Terryn is in need of a liver transplant, but the medical team doesn't hold much positivity that she would survive the surgery. But without it, she may not. Terryn is currently on dialysis to correct her toxin levels to reduce the risk of brain injury.
Currently unable to communicate, we know inside she is fighting for her life, her 13 year old son, having lost her own mother at a young age, she knows the pain of loosing a parent is unbearable. Terryn recently completed her CNA certification, and has an extensive history of working with Mental Health, group homes, and has such a loving touch with mental health patients. It's time we are her loving touch.
Idaho does not have temporary disability benefits, so they are down to one income, which we all know is extremely hard these days. This go-fund me has been created to help ease the burden of any medical bills left uncovered, transportation costs, or other expenditures needed on this journey.
Please donate if you can, we could definitely use a miracle with so many unknowns. Myself, Brandon, Terryn and their son Garren would all appreciate any and all good thoughts and donations you can send their way.
Thank you and God Bless you all.
