Hi, my name is Josh. My father's long-time employee, Terrence (Terry) Thomas, was wrongfully convicted in the state of Florida.

 

I NEED TO HELP HIM RAISE $1500 BY MONDAY, MARCH 14TH! 

This decent man, one I consider to be family, was sentenced to 30 years for a crime he didn’t commit! The prosecutor offered Terry a plea deal of 10 years – he refused and took the case to trial, believing that his court case had no real merit. He lost, and the judge gave him 30 years without parole!! This was eight years ago! Since then, Terry has been in the law books studying his case; and, with the help of some other inmates, filed different motions to have his case dismissed or retried.

Two weeks ago, he was granted one of his motions, which, according to an attorney is amazing given that they regret over 99% of appeals. This attorney has agreed to do this for Terry because he believes this case can help other young men in similar situations.
 
Please help me correct a trouble wrong by our justice system. This case would normally cost $40,000, however an attorney in Florida has agreed to handle this case for a flat rate of $2,500.00 – unbelievable!! The attorney needs a deposit of $1500 by Monday to get started. I ask that you consider donating on behalf of my cousin! Thanks!
