> My name is Brian, and I live and work at a drug and alcohol rehab center in Dallas, TX. My friend, coworker, and brother in recovery, Terrell, just celebrated one full year of sobriety—a huge milestone in a journey that hasn’t been easy, but has been nothing short of inspiring.
We both serve here as unpaid staff. We don’t get a paycheck, but we get food, shelter, and most importantly—a purpose. Terrell gives his all to the people here, showing up every day with humility, strength, and love for those still struggling.
In just two weeks, Terrell is moving on to run a sober living house. It’s a big opportunity to keep growing and helping others, but he’s starting this next chapter with very little. We do not get paid but Terrell never complains and gives to all with his compassion and humility
We want to change that.
Terrell is accepting a job offer to run a sober living house on June 14th and we're hoping to raise funds to help Terrell with basic needs: clothes, food, a phone, transportation, and a little breathing room. Anything to help him start strong and not broke.
If you’ve ever known someone fighting to rebuild their life—or if you've ever needed a hand yourself—please consider donating. Let’s show Terrell that we see him, we believe in him, and we’ve got his back.
Thank you for reading, donating, and sharing.
With all of my gratitude and heart--Brian
