My name is Teresa Carter Bolden and I am continuing the legacy of my beloved mother, Garland Carter F-Miller. God's Care Ministries serve all the people of East St. Louis, Illinois with a special passion for the Orr Weathers Projects, known as OWP4LIFE! God's Care Ministries provide for the daily basic needs of the community. Without this ministry, many East St. Louis children and families would live without their needs being met. My mother impacted the community with God's Care Ministries from her heart and soul. Now, the people are depending on me to bring the same commitment to E. St. Louis!
