Dear friends of the Urbanski's,

As you know, we lost Jason & Jennifer's son Braden in March of 2024, and the world has not been the same since. His support and enthusiasm for everyone around him was infectious, and he had a smile and energy that could light up any room.

We wanted to do something to show our love and support for the family, as well as honoring Braden's memory in a way that reflected his unique spark. Knowing that Braden was a lifelong athlete in track, basketball and soccer, we thought, "what better way to honor his memory than to use a bold and unusual athletic event as the foundation for a fundraiser to raise awareness for mental health"?

One idea led to another, and as such, a group of us (including Jason and his daughter) are going to be joining "Team Braden U." in the Indiana Tough Mudder race at the end of July. It will be the first such event for everyone on our small team, but we will be helping each other through the obstacles to cross the finish line together, every step reflecting Braden's spirit, passion and zest for helping people.

All donations raised here will go directly to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
