The High Court application seeks constitutional writs and declarations concerning whether parenting orders were made without proper determination of key factual issues, and whether that is compatible with Chapter III judicial power.

My affidavit states that I had an established and ongoing relationship with my children before 2023, that I have not spent time with them since May 2023, and that final orders later continued that separation through staged and supervised reintroduction.

This case is about one brutal question:

Can a parent-child relationship be destroyed by delay before the truth is ever properly determined?
