Help Tabatha Compton's family in a time of true need

I have never really been one to ask anyone for help, but here I am. My name is Tabatha Compton and I am a single mother of an 8 year old son, and I am now taking care of my grandparents. My grandmother has a leaky valve in her heart that is being operated on 2/12/2025. She has been in an out of the hospital over the last month, with her health declining over the last 2 weeks especially. I have missed work off an on recently due to my own health issues, and staying with her in the hospital in one of the scariest times of her life, and mine, as I have lived with her my whole life and she took a huge part in raising me, and it's very hard to see her like this.

My grandfather is a survivor of prostate and lung cancer and does his best to help with my grandma and what he can but he's grown very weak over time and he deserves to be able to rest.

I'm trying my best to find out answers to my own health issues, as I've mentioned. I have fibromyalgia, and an unknown, as of now, autoimmune disease and some type of arthritis that they can't can't pin down. So far what I know is, I am in pain, all the time. I have a stress fracture in the fifth metatarsal bone that they've recently found is healing in a deformed manner due to me not being able to stay off of it and I wasn't able to afford the cast I needed for the longest time. I also never did anything to my foot, it just started breaking. They also know my back has bone spurs on my spine, and I have issues with my hips as well, like bursitis and labral tears. My white blood cell count is always high and my inflammation markers are always through the roof. I have recently started seeing new doctors and hope they are going to be able to tell me something or do something to help me because I have so much I need to be able to be capable of and do, not only for me but for my family.

We have one vehicle right now that we are working with, as the last time it snowed I found out that my tires were bald, I haven't been able to drive my car since. I also haven't been able to work regularly due to my pain and helping my grandmother so I am not only in need of tires, but I haven't been able to make a payment on my car in quite some time and I really can't lose it, I only have a little bit left owed on it.

Also due to my limitations with my pain and injuries, I need to figure out a way to put a washer and dryer on the main level of my house so I can get things in better order the best I can, and I need help with that as well. We have an old firehouse stairs that go down to the basement where the washer and dryer are and I can't maneuver them with my pain and broken foot.

We also have sick animals and I need to be able to get them help from a vet.

I hate putting out my business to the world like this, but I am truly stuck and I believe in good people in the world that will understand and help get me and my family out of this position.
