Help Suzin, Emily & Bella Rebuild After Tragic Loss
On April 29, 2025, our family was devastated by the sudden and unexpected loss of Ralph Testa — a beloved father, grandfather, and the steady foundation of his household. Ralph suffered a fatal cardiac arrest, leaving behind his daughter Suzin and his two granddaughters, Emily and Bella, who have lived with him for many years.
Ralph wasn't just family — he was their provider, supporter, and rock. His Social Security and pension income were essential in covering rent and day-to-day living expenses. Without his financial and emotional support, Suzin and the girls are now facing the heartbreaking reality of losing both their father/grandfather and the home they shared with him.
To make matters even more devastating, the life insurance policy Ralph had in place — which could have helped ease this sudden financial burden — was unexpectedly canceled just months ago due to an overlooked payment.
At the end of June, Suzin and her daughters will be leaving California and relocating to Las Vegas to live with Suzin's brother while they try to rebuild. It’s a move made out of necessity, not choice — a result of the overwhelming cost of living, the burden of debt, and the challenges of being a single mother with two daughters in college.
This isn’t the first time tragedy has struck Suzin’s family. In 2013, Suzin lost her husband Matthew. In 2021, her mother Patricia passed away after a battle with cancer. And now, with Ralph gone, Suzin and her daughters are once again forced to endure unimaginable heartbreak.
Through it all, Suzin, Emily, and Bella have shown incredible resilience. They remain kind, hopeful, and determined to keep moving forward despite the grief and hardship that continues to come their way.
We are asking for your help to ease their burden. Donations will go toward:
Covering moving and relocation costs
Helping pay off critical debt
Supporting Emily and Bella’s college education
Providing basic living expenses as they transition to this next chapter
Every dollar makes a difference. If you’re unable to give, please consider sharing their story. Thank you for your love, kindness, and support for a family that has already been through so much — and continues to face each day with courage and strength.
