I’m writing this on Suzanne’s behalf because she would never ask—but I’ve watched her endure more than any person should have to. Over the last two years, Suzanne has faced extreme hardship while navigating a prolonged divorce marked by financial imbalance, legal delays, and domestic violence. During this time, she lost daily access to her two sons and was left without financial support or access to marital assets. Despite this, Suzanne rebuilt her life from the ground up. Two years ago, her situation was unimaginable, yet she continued to present herself with professionalism and dignity, secured respected roles, and rebuilt her career. She obtained housing with one goal: to bring her sons home. They are both Straight A students and it is very painful to watch their Mom go through these tough times. She never asked for help.

Suzanne recently accepted a commission-based role to accelerate her recovery, but the income ramp-up period will take several months. The financial strain from years of survival, legal costs, and basic living expenses now puts her housing at risk. I’m stepping in because after everything she’s endured, Suzanne should not lose the stability she fought so hard to create. Funds will help maintain housing, cover essential living costs during income ramp-up, and protect her stability during the final stages of her divorce.
