Support Women in Regional Communities to Start Their Own Childcare Businesses
In regional, rural, and remote communities, the lack of accessible childcare is one of the biggest barriers keeping women out of the workforce. At the same time, many women are ready to step up and be part of the solution, they just need the tools to get started.
We’re raising funds to deliver free Business Skills Workshops designed specifically for women in the bush who want to start their own in-home or family daycare microbusiness.
This workshop will provide step-by-step support to help local women turn their passion for children into a registered childcare business, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to succeed in their own towns and communities.
Your donation will directly support:
Venue hire and professional workshop materials to deliver a high-quality, confidence-building learning experience
Travel and accommodation for facilitators to ensure women in rural and remote areas can access in-person training
Essential business education, including modules on ABNs, insurance, tax basics, budgeting, and financial literacy tailored for new childcare providers
Ongoing access to premium resources, such as editable policies, compliance checklists, marketing templates, and startup planning tools
We believe that regional women have what it takes to build strong, sustainable childcare options right where they live and that no one should miss out on work or education because they can’t access care.
By supporting these workshop, you’re not just backing local women, you’re investing in stronger families, stronger communities, and a stronger future for the bush.
Every dollar helps us bring this opportunity to those who need it most. Thank you.
