Help support Ukrainian colleague's family

Hi everyone,

 

Many of us have been wondering what we can do to help Ukrainians; one way is to help a family directly, which you can do here. You will be helping our Ukrainian colleague's family, including his sister-in-law and her 3 children who evacuated Ukraine to seek refuge. This also includes his disabled father who evacuated separately along with carer and child.

 

His sister-in-law and the 3 children have managed to find a temporary place to stay whilst they plan to apply to be admitted to the UK. Meanwhile, our colleague had to travel abroad to find temporary accommodation for his Dad where he is currently taking care of him whilst they are going through the visa processing system.

He hopes these family members can be brought to the UK until it is safe for them to return to Ukraine. They will have a place to stay once they arrive but it is unfurnished and they will have very few possessions with them as you can imagine.

 

All money raised will contribute directly to help the family relocate and create a safe and comfortable home (this would include expenses such as travel, temporary accommodation, essential items, furniture, cost of living etc).
