Trenton, a senior at Guntersville High School, has been in the hospital for over two weeks after facing serious intestinal complications. He has already undergone two major surgeries at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, and doctors expect he will need to remain there for at least another three weeks.

This is Trenton’s last year of high school, a time that should be filled with senior activities and memories with friends. Instead, he’s working hard to recover his health and strength.
