Help Support The Sefton Lads

Hi Everyone,

Many of you may know my older brother Adam and those of you that know him well will know he is a doting father to his children and a very hard working man having served the country in the Army for over20years!

But what you won’t know is something my brother doesn’t openly talk about, he is the survivor of a domestically abusive relationship in which he stayed for his children, however in 2012 this got too much and after much soul searching he managed to escape . This cost him contact with his two eldest children, which resulted in a £22000 court battle to prove the malicious lies of his ex partner wrong and to gain access to his very much loved sons. Adam was successful in court and won access however this nearly bankrupted him and our family.

Recently it has come to light that Adam’s ex partner has been physically abusive tothe children having being cautioned with common assault on both boys, Adam has exercised his parental responsibility rights and the boys are now safe well and happy in his care, he now needs to start legal proceedings to gain custody, however this is where you guys come in I am appealing to your kind natures to help try and fund legal support to help him gain full custody of our boys to keep them safe forever and out of their hands their abusive mother as Adam is entitled to no legal support or legal aid and to fund a legal battle would financially cripple this hard working loving father.
