Douglas “Doug” Erdy, beloved husband, father, son, and respected leader in the Houston real estate community, passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 29, 2025, after a brief illness. He was 58 years old.

Doug shared 31 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Beth, celebrating their anniversary on September 17. Together, they raised two sons, Matthew and Nick, who were the joy and pride of his life.

Even with a man like Doug, who was the most disorganized organized person, he still found a way to help others and take care of his family no matter the circumstances. Always others before himself. With his tragic, unexpected loss his family has lost their provider. Your donations will be a memorial for him, and support his family immediately while they deal with this tragic loss.
