Help Support the Braddah Hutt's 'Ohana
Donation protected
For decades, Uncle Hatota and Aunty U’ilani from Braddah Hutts BBQ Grill have been a vital part of the Hana community, sharing their love, kindness, and delicious food with locals and visitors alike. Week after week Uncle Hatota and Aunty U’ilani have embodied the true spirit of aloha, welcoming everyone who crossed their paths with warmth, kindness, and generosity. Their love for their community and selfless dedication to serving others have made them a cherished part of Maui, making Maui feel like home to so many.
In March 2024, Aunty U’ilani tragically passed away after suffering a stroke while playing piano at church. She was the heart of her family and community—a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who touched countless lives with her generosity and famous banana bread.
Recently, Uncle Hatota faced an unexpected setback when his truck was totaled in a car accident. Thankfully he is physically okay, however this loss has added another layer of difficulty for the family.
Help us come together to support this incredible ohana who has given so much to Hana and made Maui feel like home for so many. All donations will go directly to the family to help cover medical expenses, recovery costs, and the rebuilding of their livelihood.
Mahalo for your love and generosity,
