My name is Natalie, I am a close friend of Sam’s as well as her work colleague. We are organising this fundraiser on behalf of our dear friend, Sam who recently experienced a heartbreaking tragedy.

Sam and her three young children-Darcy, Cody and Zack are now facing life without their loving husband and dad, Wade Lowndes who tragically and unexpectedly lost his life on July 20th, 2026. This loss has left the family devastated and in need of support as they begin to navigate this new reality.

Sam is doing everything she can to stay strong for her kids, but she cannot do it alone.

So many people have reached out and asked how they can help…cook meals, buy groceries and/or gift vouchers. However we feel a fundraiser is the best way to ensure Sam is able to use the funds in a way that will help her the most, reducing the financial strain on her and being able to grieve together as family.
